Developing for the IoT
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a vision gaining greater momentum for making the world with which we engage smarter and more interactive. Whether it’s for smart homes, autonomous manufacturing, or smart cities, edge computing is bringing forward embedded devices, machine-to-machine (M2M) technologies, intelligent systems, smartcards, and other secure endpoints that are becoming pervasive manifestations of technology in everyday life. Contributing to this momentum making the IoT vision a reality are advances in the different development platforms like Java, Android and Open Source and that are driving and supporting expanded application capabilities. These technologies provide an ideal platform for applications in emerging edge environments such as robotics, smartcards, secure elements, metering devices, home gateways, health devices, industrial automation, and vehicles. The IoT Tech Day 2017 is devoted to discuss and to experience those source technology as the ultimate platforms for embedded and M2M environments.
So if are you are a developer or you just interested in the IoT environment, than don’t miss out the sessions in the “Developing for IoT” track at the IoT Tech Day 2017.
